Nicola was the managing partner of a
successful advertising film production company for over 25 years. Today she works as a IHK-certified coach for managers and personal coach and has trained in various areas such as hypnosis coaching and communication psychology.
Her holistic approach aims to develop the potential of individuals and teams and help them achieve greater satisfaction and energy.
Birgit Schmidt-Vogel, M.A.
Birgit obtained her Master's degree in Communication Science, Psychology and German Studies at the University of Essen in 2003. She also completed a systemic coaching training programme at the Heidelberg University of Education and various further training courses in group dynamics, rhetoric, psychodrama and business storytelling. With 16+ years of workshop and coaching experience, her focus today is on personnel and organisational development.

Susanne's expertise is based on more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur as well as various study programmes and further training: Master of Arts, certified systemic coach, environmental manager, M.Sc. in spe, Future Modelling Practitioner.
